Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active Jilic account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Jilic employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Jilic reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and conduct a full review of transaction history before determining the disposition of any balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Jilic will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify Jilic immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Jilic is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Jilic accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Jilic does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically reflected in your Jilic balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
Jilic reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where Jilic has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
All transactions on the Jilic platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Jilic is not responsible for any exchange rate losses.
Jilic does not charge fees on standard GCash and PayMaya deposits and withdrawals. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside Jilic's control and are the responsibility of the player. Jilic reserves the right to introduce processing fees with reasonable prior notice.
Jilic may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods.
All games available on the Jilic platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by Jilic or any player. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, Jilic reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. Jilic's decision in such matters is final. Jilic is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of Jilic.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jilic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
Jilic's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Jilic platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jilic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any content thereon.

Jilic reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination of an account for cause, Jilic reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is terminated without cause by Jilic, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account termination.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Jilic support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Jilic is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
